Rogers is a skillful businesswoman who has built her executive career in the healthcare industry. A proven leader, she has built trust and rapport with key players in the industry and dedicated over thirty years of her life to deliver results.  She is an entrepreneur in spirit with a sincere passion to help patient satisfaction and outcome in medical care. Through alliances, partnerships and collaborations in the field of spinal care, Ms. Rogers is getting things done.  Ms. Rogers has developed an innovative and proprietary business model that integrates healthcare professionals, medical facilities, and medical device manufacturers to improve the quality of medical care to patients.  Her goal is to improve patient care by enhancing clinical delivery systems in a variety of surgical specialties. Ms. Rogers had dedicated her life to helping children and adults with craniofacial deformities. She founded a nonprofit organization to create patient, medical and payor awareness of these conditions, which set up chapters in key U.S. cities. In 1991, Ms. Rogers spearheaded legislation to create a National Craniofacial Awareness Week with Congressional Hearings as well as a reception for affected families to meet with Mrs. Bush at a White House. Ms. Rogers would go on to refine the model she used in craniofacial surgery to fit musculoskeletal and spine care. Beginning in 1994, Ms. Rogers launched and successfully operated three national companies; American Pain Management (APM), Management Technology Resources (MTR) and SpineMark Corporation where she served as President and CEO.  SpineMark Corporation became a leader in the planning, development, marketing and management of successful Spine Centers of Excellence. SMI is the fourth generation of companies created to enhance spinal care and services. In 2008, Ms. Rogers received the Frost & Sullivan award on behalf of SpineMark for its Customer Value Enhancement in the field of orthopedic research. Through these recognitions and endeavors, Ms. Rogers has established herself as a key opinion leader and development specialist among her clients, professional colleagues and peers.
