How to Purchase Media on True Vine Images 

All images on this website are copyrighted.
Any copying, usage and/or distribution is 
strictly prohibited outside of these terms.

SEARCHING

We have endeavored to create an easy to search database for our growing collection of images. As you can see there are numerous categories to browse. You can also enter keywords in the search box to narrow your choices. We have embedded keywords into all the image collections to respond to more selected searches. The scope of your search results will be determined by your selection of keywords.

Quick Search - By default the system uses "Match at least one keyword" for the quick search function. If you input "beautiful sunset" (without the quotes) into the quick search field, then the search function will return results for any media that contain either "beautiful" OR "sunset" in its properties.

The system supports the "AND" and "NOT" operations in the quick search function by the use of the plus sign (+) and minus sign (-) respectively in front of the keywords.

• If you input "beautiful + sunset" (without the quotes) into the search field, the system will only return results for any media that contain both keywords "beautiful" AND "sunset" in its properties.

• If you input "beautiful "sunset" (without the quotes) into the search field, the system will return results for any media that contain the keyword "beautiful", but this media can't contain the keyword "sunset" in its properties.

• Note: There must not any spaces between the second keyword and the input operands (+), (-) keywords.

Advanced Search - The advanced search function doesn"t use the same algorithms as above. It offers options allowing you to choose which operand you want to use for your searches.

There are three options available.

• Match at least one keyword
  The system will return results for any media that contain either one of the input keywords in its properties.

• Match all keywords
  The system will only return results for any media that contain all input keywords in its properties.

• Match exact phrase
  The system will only return results for any media that contains the exact input keyword phrase in its properties.

PAYMENT METHOD

By default, True Vine Images offers "Pay as You Go" pricing. Using this payment method, you will need to pay during the checkout process using a major credit card or your PayPal account.  This means that you do not need to spend more than the cost of the image(s) you wish to download and use nor will you need to make an investment in credits or subscriptions that you may not get full use of before they expire.  

PRODUCTS

• DOWNLOADABLE MEDIA:  All products available as an Instant Download, such as Stock Photos and Vector Images, are paid for at time of purchase.  Images become available for instant download as soon as your transaction has processed.   
   
• TANGIBLE PRODUCTS (COMING SOON!):  Tangible products available from the True Vine Images Store, including posters, fine art prints and merchandise (gifts, home decor, apparel, etc.) will be shipped to you by our manufacturing partners or partner distributors, usually within 14-21 days. Posters, fine art prints and many merchandise items can be customized using stock images you purchase from the True Vine Images galleries.
   
• ELECTRONIC MEDIA PRODUCTS (COMING SOON!):  Products intended for use as mobile phone or tablet PC wallpapers or computer screensavers, or that are designed to be transmitted via electronic mail or text message such as e-greetings and mobile phone greetings, may be purchased and downloaded by links provided on the True Vine Images website.  

THE LIGHTBOX

The Lightbox is YOUR collection of images. You may add up to 30 images to your lightbox. If you wish to purchase an image that is in your lightbox, click on the thumbnail to view the enlarged image. Select the items that you want to purchase and click on the "add to cart" button.

SHOPPING CART

The shopping cart displays your order details, if you wish to delete an image from your order before proceeding to checkout, simply hit the remove link on the right side.  Please note that products purchased through the True Vine Images Store have a different checkout system so you will not see these in your gallery shopping cart.

CHECKING OUT

You will need to login to checkout your order. If you are new to the site please complete the registration form to create a username and password.  Membership is free. This information is stored, so that you can return to the site to make future purchases, save your lightboxes, to return later in case you need access to the download link from your purchase (expires only after 120 days), and so that we can review your orders.

We utilize PayPal for purchases made on this site and other payment methods as posted.  PayPal also processes credit and debit card payments, however, you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by this method as PayPal offers guest checkout for non-members paying by credit card or debit card.

This page shows your order history and also allows you to download any instant download orders.

IMAGE FILE DOWNLOAD TERMS

All stock images are available as digital files which you can download. All digital files, whether for web use or print use are "Royalty-free" unless otherwise noted.  Our terms are as follows:

Web Usage

• These files can be used on one domain only (i.e. www.yourdomainname.com).  They can be used on as many web pages within that domain as you desire.
  
  
• They can be altered if necessary, and may be incorporated into a composite or derivative work such as a web page template or email template designed for use by a single unique customer. They may not be used for any type of electronic template that will be sold to more than one unique customer, or incorporated into any type of online archive. Likewise, these files may not be used in a logo without prior written permission from an officer of True Vine Images Partners.  Please contact sales@truevineimages.com if you would like to inquire about incorporation of one or more of our images into a logo.  
  
  
• The image files CANNOT be resold "as is" under any circumstances.  Images Files may only be resold if visibly altered or incorporated into a new derivative work (includes a client's website or advertisement).

Print Usage

• Our Large and Original Size (High Resolution) images are a higher quality for use in printed publications. They have a resolution of 300dpi and are saved as high quality JPG files. Should you require higher resolution or different file types, please contact us directly by email with your specifications.  Note that not all images available on True Vine Images are available in every resolution.
  
  
• You are granted a license for a ONE TIME USE.  This means that you can use the image for one type of publication. If you use the image in a brochure, you do not have the right to then create a new product such as a magazine ad which uses the same image. In this case, you will need to re-buy the image using your True Vine credits.  Our prices are very economical.
  
  
• Prices on downloaded files are for that resolution image. Higher resolution files are offered on a different pricing structure based on type of usage.
  

Product Usage

• If you would like to incorporate one or more of our images on any type of tangible productsoffered for resale or as a fundraising premium such as printed greeting cards, t-shirts and other wearing apparel, printed calendars, posters, postcards, coffee mugs and other housewares or gift items, you will need to purchase an Extended License unless you are purchasing all such items through the True Vine Images store (reseller prices available).  To inquire about an Extended License or Reseller Account, please contact sales@truevineimages.com.
  
  
• You are permitted to incorporate any images you purchase for download on compatible products available through the True Vine Images Store or through a vendor of your own choosing for yourself or as a gift.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

All sales are final for images (photos, 3D and vector art), videos, screensavers, mobile phone wallpapers, e-greeting cards or other digital media products delivered by download, CD or on other electronic media.  In addition, all sales are final for photo prints, fine art prints, and merchandise that have been customized to the order specifications unless delivered damaged.  If received not in accordance with the order specifications you submitted, please contact Customer Service at support@truevineimages.com for order return instructions.  Return shipping charges are your responsibility. If your order is delivered damaged, it is your responsibility to contact the shipping company. IMPORTANT: Save all packing materials. Failure to do so can cause the shipping company to deny your claim.
